Saturday morning greetings! We had a nice time at the family picnic yesterday, but all that fresh air and sunshine made me very sleepy. I crashed early last night and slept late this morning.

DR Elmore and I have a mutual friend who lives in the area and had to be evacuated with her family. Their home survived, thank goodness.

Maybe I missed it earlier, but is this a case of two branches of family who don't much communicate with each other? Even if it isn't, that's kind of an unsettling situation, not knowing which way it's going. Regardless, my condolences, DR Jrand67.
