After work, I went to dance/exercise class where I was put through the wringer. Push-ups ain't my favorite and doing three reps just made me not want to lift my arms.

The other exercises, including scissors, made my legs burn.

Do you have someone there who can shmear in Lidocaine or whatever the mentholated stuff Skip uses? It smells weird, but seems to really help for 8 or 10 hours. Probably not good for use in the office because of the smell.
