I found the equivalent crepes quality-wise at the Paris Hotel in Vegas. When we stayed at Bally's, 2003 or so, which was beautiful but un-themed so very reasonable, there was a connecting corridor to the pricier-because-it-was-themed Paris, so you didn't even have to step out into the Vegas heat (though no humidity, the locals kept saying!) to get there.
