Last night’s David Byrne concert was astonishing. Choreographed within an inch of its life. Infectious music, great performance. Whoever staged it is like a cross between Robert Wilson and a drum corps leader.

What I take depends on my symptoms. I usually start with Sambucol, because it covers a wide range. I've had good results with Gaia Echinacea capsules. (They have a Echinacea-Goldenseal product, too, but it can dry me out too much.) Gaia also makes an Echinacea-Goldensea-Propolis throat spray, which is good. (It doesn't dry me out because I never need to use much.)
