Well, you've read the notes, the notes were both baffled and baffling, and now it is time for you to post until the baffled baffling cows come home.

The second after I posted the word of the day the damn Internet went down.  It's back up now.  I do love how Spectrum doesn't have a clew when they're having issues.

I got the first one cleaned up, then I went to the bathroom, and then she did it again.  She seems to have settled down now, so hopefully she's done.

Yeah, but you only post AFTER she throws up.  If you post BEFORE she won't throw up - she told me.

I only posted AFTER she threw up because she threw up AS I was typing my post and that prevented me from completing my post that I would've posted BEFORE she threw up, but she beat me to it.

Listening to music, although I should probably be going to bed soon.

I slept very very very poorly.  I suspect the cats and I will spend some part of the day lounging together.

I remember a small part of dream:  I was working in a 19th century house for a school, I think.  I came in the front door, and a wall of the room to my left was on fire while a colleague and his wife were drunk and fighting.  I put my things down on the stairs, entered the room, picked up this large decanter of wine they were drinking from and threw the wine on the fire.

Anti-puking vibes for all the kitties out there. And the rest of us, too.

RE: a Broadway Funny Girl revival starring Lady Gaga.

I just googled it. Apparently Rosie O"Donnell announced this. I wonder if it's true.

More believable than the talk of a film version of Cats.

Weird dreams lately, largely of work or dance, which figures, since they're the only two things I'm doing lately.

But I finally think i figured out what's wrong with a project I'm analyzing for work. And that works for me.

Just about nothing going on in the CD or Blu-ray department this week.

Except that we did watch THE CHANGELING a few nights ago, and listened to the commentary with director Peter Medak. I never saw the movie when it was released (I couldn’t even remember knowing about it then), and saw it for my first and only time (till now) on DVD about ten years ago. Oddly, I thought it was only so-so then, which was very likely due to a lackluster presentation. This new release has completely changed my mind. I think it’s excellent, and I had a great time listening to Medak and his producer talk about this and other films.

I got the Second Sight edition from the UK. It’s also available here from Severin.

Just to jump aboard the bandwagon, I had the vomiting cat thing going on night before last.

Tonight we’re going to see Keir Dullea host the opening night of a month long run of the now-notorious 70mm showings of ‘2001’ at the IMAX in Norwalk. While this isn’t the optimum way to see the film, for several reasons, it should actually be a most enjoyable evening all around. And it will be the first time for friend Kristi and others to see it in anything remotely like the way it was meant to be seen. That alone makes it worthwhile.
