Roast chicken with crispy skin is about as perfect as a meal can be. Baked tomatoes. Green beans or asparagus and a salad with avocado and radishes on the side. Sourdough bread with butter. Panna cotta or berries in heavy cream for dessert.

I fed the cats and went back to bed. I'm trying to acclimate them to everything being an hour later next week. I do not want two anxious kitties dancing on Daddy at 5:45AM next Sunday.

I'm up, I'm up - seven hours of sleep - I stayed up until four and got through seven, so I assume there are three more episodes. Man do they drag it out to cover that many episodes. I could go in there with a good editor and cut it down to seven or eight for sure.
