Evening all. I came back from seeing Hairspray and was all excited to tell you about it. Then I saw the post from DR JMK about some person sending him that God Awful AOL message. I am outraged. How DARE some jerk do that!

I am so very sorry you received that message, DR JMK.

What gets me is that in these type of situations the person doesn’t even have the guts to ID themselves properly.

We used to have this situation quite often, only it was normally directed at me. Prior to the advent of this board, we had several troublemakers posting under several nom de plumes. It wasn't hard to figure out who they were. Maybe Ron was talking to one of them earlier. :-)

We drove up to my sister's house today to celebrate hers and about 5 other people's birthdays. I had cake (YAY!!) but no pizza. The most exotic thing I had today were sprouts. However I have eaten many an exotic thing. Most of the time I had no idea until it was put in front of me. There was asushi restaurant on a ship once that served many an exotic sea creature. While I enjoyed about half of them, I merely tolerated the rest and would not have them again by choice.

With the rain and all the clouds scudding by, the skies today were showing off magnificently.

If you want pizza descriptions, how about the most exotic pizza you've ever had. I suppose most everything from California Pizza Kitchen would probably qualify. I had a baked potato pizza once with sour cream, chives and all the rest.

Well, DR Jane. I really did enjoy Hairspray. Much, much more then I thought I would.

The cast was so up and by the second act they had the entire audience in the palm of their hands.

My very favorite part was Timeless To Me. The chemistry between Stephen DeRosa (Wilbur Turnblad) and John Pinette (Edna Turnblad) was electric. I really enjoyed Mr. DeRosa’s voice. I hope that I get the chance to see him in something else someday.

I kept squirming in my chair because I wanted to move with the music. I’m not much of a dancer but I sure wanted to today.

DR Matthew. I am glad to hear that your job situation is going so well.

DRPennyO, I am so looking forward to seeing your show! Only a few more weeks to go! I do hope you are feeling well. It seems the NYC group are all suffering from various ills before our gathering. Let’s just hope it is a sign that we well all be happy, safe and well when we meet.

DRJane, the Muse does have the iron/ironing board just not the hair drier. I was simply saying that I am prepared if the need should arise for any missing items. LOL!

I'm also glad you won't need to travel with an iron again. LOL. Sometimes if the hair dryer, iron, whatever are not in the hotel room you can still call down to the desk or housekeeping and get it.

Bruce, just slowly use less and less butter until suddenly you find too much of it makes you sick. That is what I did anyway.

Bear is a butter boy. He LOVES it. I'm bad but I have been known to let him have a cracker with butter on it.

I wish you could have seen the little dog I saw today at the vet's office. I had to get more HeartGuard for my babies. It was sooo tiny and cute. A pocket pup to be sure.

I LOVE whipped cream. Today, my friend Margaret gave me some freshly made cranberry muffins - let me TELL you how great they were.

Now I must be on my way to the screening. Keep the home fries burning until my returning. Let's not have it be like the other night where I came back after three hours and there were like six posts.
