I got to rehearsal and we had every intention of running and working act 2, but this happened:

Our director and stage manager were able to talk to him on his phone, but by about 8:15 pm, he said that he hadn't even been able to get ON I-5 from where he lived!

There was no point in him (and the other people who weren't able to get there by then) to try and get there, so all the missing people were called or sent text messages to not bother coming in.

By about 8:30, the few adults there were able to leave and the kids (most of them were able to get there) stayed and worked their tap numbers.

First, I went to Best Buy right there at the mall (our rehearsal space is a converted store at the Capitol Mall) and got the Blu-ray to The Dark Crystal and my mom some ear buds.

My mom asked me to get some ear buds for her so that she can listen to things on her cell phone and not have to blast the volume.

I tried many different brands and this and Friskies were the ones she liked the most...or maybe I should say disliked the least.

Fussbudgets! Mine was the same way. She wouldn't do more than sniff before walking away if she wasn't interested.

Last month, I randomly bought a case of Purina Friskies Extra Gravy Pate and she really liked it! But when that case ran out, I couldn't find it in any local store.

I went to all the stores that I had previously had gone to, and even a few that I hadn't, and couldn't find it anywhere! I finally found that Amazon sold it (and it's reasonably priced), so I've gotten a couple of cases from them.
