Back from a mostly fun matinee. We finally had a responsive Sunday matinee audience (in terms of laughs - some really big ones today) - completely sold out, about eight chairs added and for the first time I had to stand in the back. One cast member, instead of taking care of herself and getting better, did the opposite, and so she was sicker today and I wasn't sure she'd even get through her song. That's just who she is - not one to stay home and get better - out every day and night. I'm having Alexa bone up on that role in case the gal continues to not take care of herself and gets worse - we hope that won't be the case, but I want Alexa ready to go on if need be. And one other actor just has no idea what consistency is - last night, got a great performance, today back to no energy and so I had to write the actor a very strong e-mail.

It is time to find out what we are watching tonight. Keith popped corn earlier today so no snacks for me. I prefer eating my popcorn during the day and I really need to be good about what I eat right now.

No. We have six performances in five days over one weekend: Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and Saturday, Sunday and Monday afternoons.

So annoying! I wish the area where I had the minor skin cancer removed would clear up already. At least it doesn't bother me during the day anymore but it gets to me at night when I want to sleep. No vibes needed cuz it is healing just fine and will calm down in a few minutes.
