Here we go. A little girl, and her brother peeking out from the carrier. Long haired black kitties, don't know if any special breed. And like all black cats, hard to photograph well.

They were permitted to join the party later when the crowd had thinned out. They already get along fine with the two large labradors -- who in turn are used to anything and everything that walks in, as it's a VERY animal friendly household.

What a beauty (referring to the top photo-can't really see the second cat).

Our last show has started!  The house seems like a fairly good sized house.  They've been responsive, so far!

DR George have you ever had the Schwann's before?  I am curious as I have never tried it.

Yes.  It's been a while, though.  But it's pretty good.  Not as big as Costco's, of course. ;)

Considering how rich cheese cake it smaller might be better ;)  The important question is which tastes better.

I don't care which tastes better, just as long as they both taste good enough. :D

Spaghetti sauce is simmering away, I cleaned and put away stuff that's just been sitting on the floor like so much fish, and now I'm relaxing for a bit whist occasionally stirring the sauce.

I think tonight Annabelle, Thatch, and I will watch the ballet of A Christmas Carol.  I like Carl Davis' score very much and there's so much emotion in it.  In the Christmas Yet to Come dream, Bob Cratchit's dance with the dead Tiny Tim's crutch is heartbreaking.

Unlike DR ELMORE, I am not sure what I will watch this evening.

The pot roast turned out fine - but it wasn't really pretty enough for a photo....it will be nice to have for the next couple of days.

Same Carl Davis who scores silent movies?

Never seen this. Is someone broadcasting it, or are you watching a DVD?

Thanks, Jane!  It did!  We're striking everything now.  I was signed up to help move the set pieces, but nothing is being done with them right now, so I'm just sitting down and waiting to be told what to do...my kind of strike. ;)

Well, it turns out that the set pieces don't have to go anywhere because the theater group who they borrowed them from isn't open, so I'm off to my parents' house!

Be back later!

BTW, I like elmore's new avatar. Didn't DR Jose once advise us to turn to the side, then turn our head toward the camera?

I need to do a total reconfiguration if our storage system.  Thatcrawl space is hard on the knees and the head

Same here. This apartment has quite a bit of storage for its size and I'm using every inch of it. One day when Brian is here we'll unload one of my closets and rearrange it.

Ah. I'm sure DR Ginny is a pro at it, having just done it a few years ago.

Eye vibes to Richard.

I am grateful we have good delivery people here.  Today the special package arrived, Bryan's gift to Keith.  It is very special, a Dulcimer Bryan made using a cigar box.  It is beautiful and rather fancy.  He gave Keith a choice of accent colors and Keith chose gold which is why it is so fancy.  There is more gold than I expected.

Brya added a sweet touch labeling it Mountain Dog.  I about cried at that.

It sounds lovely, Jane.

It is.  Keith took a partial photo which isn't great.  I am going to wait until he puts it up on the wall in his office which might be awhile.
