I have no clue as to why my ankle hurts, yet it does and I am having trouble walking on it. I iced the area that is tender.

I saw the K's Donuts (spelled exactly the same as the one I love) in Studio City about a year ago when I was seeing something at Theatre West. I was confused by it, frankly, and the next day went to the real K's and asked if they'd opened a second branch - they said no and they weren't too happy that someone was using their name - clearly the Studio City location is trying to use the very well known (in the Valley) K's name to confuse. Why else would anyone want to have the same name as another donut store that's only three or four miles away?

How could they use the same name?? Wouldn't that be trademark or copyright infringement?

Today, my family got together at my sister's house. We just grazed on chips and cheese, and desserts, and salads, and things like that. We chatted and visited and just hung out together.

My sister’s youngest grandson was there for a time with his older woman girl friend. She is actually only a couple years older, but we love to make fun. Anyway, her name is Goldie, but apparently my sister kept calling her Queenie!!
