I've peeled the potatoes, watched Bravo's Project Runway with Annabelle and Thatch, worked on my choral arrangement, watched more of Bravo's Project Runway with Annabelle and Thatch, tidied up, and watched more of Bravo's Project Runway with Annabelle and Thatch.

Annabelle spent part of the day in the bathroom sauna, part of it lying in my lap, and part of it helping me with my arrangement.

We drove about an hour so Wae-Ling could see some snow. She made a tiny snowman, threw a few snowballs, and made a couple of snow angels before we were towed off the road because the wheels were spinning on the ice.

I have begun a new book and have written eight pages so far, so that's good. I'll now be on my way to Gelson's to get stuff for the impromptu gathering, then I'll come back and write some more.

I was getting a few things done around the apartment -- I have no end of little projects -- when the cold that I was fighting a week or so again hit me again. Gawd! This is one persistent virus! I have lots of Sambucol on hand and will be sure to take it. So, less accomplished today than I'd hoped, but it's a quiet week and I'll have other opportunities.
