Today, I go back to work after my one day off.  Even though it's one day, it's always weird coming back after a day off during the week.

Well, the pains I had yesterday morning in my lower left back are back.  Bt noon yesterday they had eased up, and by late afternoon they were gone.  I got this morning around 4:00am and I felt fine.  At 6:45 I could barely move, so I think it's a pinched nerve.  I don't like it.

I must be at City Center for a pre-recording session for The New Yorkers about recording cuts.

I had a doozy of a dream:  it was in my parents' house I grew up, the Middletown OH of the 1970s, Germantown OH, and Manhattan.  I was baking brownies from a box of brownie mix, I went to see Dr Aimee Richmond - our family doctor in the 1970s - and wrote a check for $28.00.  Before I left, I asked her if my current sinus problem was an allergy to the cats. My mother picked me up, and I told here I had to be at City Center by noon.  Back at the house, I made egg salad, showed my mother the brownies, and she said something like "that box mix was older than the hills."

We were in the car, parked, and my mother was staring out at Germantown dam.  I was telling her to wake up; I had to get to City Center.

BK what did you think about the ending of Safe?   I thought the final villian was implausible considering all that went before

I had an interesting dream, too, a weird one (as opposed to all my other weird ones?) that I shan't try to describe. But, perhaps like DR Elmore's, it was just different enough from the "norm" to cause me to say:  weird.

The pain comes and goes, so I think it's a nerve.  When I got out of my computer chair to clean the litter, I was fine,  When I stood up after cleaning the litter, it was an ordeal standing upright.  Annabelle and I made our patrol and she wanted to play tag aka I run, you chase. If it's a nerve, it means I'm not walking up and down steps enough.  I must rectify this.

One of my best friends from college is coming to town. Taking the day off Friday. Jim decided he wanted to see the missions, which I think will be fun. We’ve got a fairly decent year for bluebonnets, and they should be in full bloom st the missions.

You can drive along the river from mission to mission on bicycle. It’s about 10 miles total from the first mission to the fourth. But i think we’re going by car.

Pain vibes for DR ELMORE.

The Dream-O-Matic 6000 says that your dream is your body telling you that changing something in your diet will improve your health greatly and that it is something in the physical realm within your power that is causing your pain.....your body is also reminding you that you are NOT 21 years old anymore even though your mind has a different idea.....

DR JOHN G thanks for the Carol Burnett report.  Her Lucy story reminded me of this:

On the first day that Lucy drove onto the RKO lot, now named Desilu Gower....the guard was very flustered to see her.  He was not sure if he should call her Mrs. Arnaz or Miss Ball....so he fumfered a bit and then came out with:  "Good morning, Mrs. Arballs."

That Dream-O-Matic 6000 is amazing!  Does this mean I should double that order of chocolate fudge?
