Today, I have a meeting, but it's going to be at the Tumwater Library branch instead of where I work. Other people from my building are going to this meeting, but I don't know if any others are carpooling or walking. It's one street over from where we are, so it wouldn't take long to get there, either way.

I seemtobe having a Corsican brothers experience with Elmore. For the past three days I have been getting excruciating pains in my lower left back... then they go away and suddenly without warning hit again...

I already had plans for last night our church was having a Theology on a Tap night... where we meet at a restaurant andhave a discussion over drinks and a meal

It's one of my favorite church events plus I had invited my friend Who is not a member of our church to join us

So I ended up with a quick drink ( we shared a pitcher of white wine sangria) and appetizers with the girls from the office at a Mexican place around the corner (to which I had never before gone)

I have been trying stretching exercises to try and make them go away and my back is popping and crackling like a bowl of rice krispies

My plans for today have fallen through, and that pleases me quite a lot. It's wet outside and I am perfectly happy being inside with the kitties.
