I had to make enchilada casserole because I couldn't get them to role right. It's hard for me to give recipes 'cause I don't use recipes. I just add this and that without really measuring.

I didn't notice that. The listings are all added by contributors to the site, so someone has to notice the mistake (if it's really a mistake), and then submit an update. All contributions and corrections are checked by hand, so there's no telling how long it'll take to actually be fixed.
