Ahh, I finally knew one and Elmore beat me to it! :)

...Unfortunately, the only other topic I know I can help clear up today is... there was indeed a bathroom off of Mike and Carol's bedroom.  I would presume there was probably one off Alice's room, but I don't think we ever knew this for sure.

Jed, Do we ever see a bathroom off Mike and Carol's room? Granted, I believe there were parts of the house that existed that we never saw. We do get a rare glimpse into a laundry room a couple of times. I've always thought there could be a bathroom off of that. But is the evidence of a parental bathroom merely anecdotal or is it seen at some point? I have no recall of it. The mind boggles! And I am one of six kids who lived in a house that had only one bathroom. There was one in the basement but it was too scary down there.

I seem to remember seeing one. For some reason I have a picture in my mind's eye of Mike brushing his teeth wearing  striped pj's and poking his head in to talk to Carole sitting up in bed....

We never see in the bathroom itself, but we do see them going in and out of it occasionally.  From the standard "bedroom shot," with the camera at the foot of the bed, the bathroom door was in the upper right hand corner.

Yes, folks, this is the crap my mind is filled with. :D

I've always been under the impression there was one bathroom.

And then there is this:

The house they showed on the series wasn't even two stories.

Wonkavision!

I can definitely imagine a bathroom exactly in that area you are talking about. It would be a perfect place for a bathroom,  but I just don't know if it is ever explicitly there.

LORD LOVE A DUCK, yes utter brilliant weirdness. It gets pretty heavy there towards the end, but a movie like no other.

According to the book TV SETS - Fantasy Blueprints of Classic TV Homes by Mr Mark Bennett - there was indeed a dressing-bathroom area in Mike & Carol's sin bin.  ;D

I have read only half of today's posts so far, but one of my favorite obscure musicals is, "So this is Paris" with Tony Curtis, Gloria DeHaven and Gene Nelson.  It's not at all great, but it's cute.  It was on television a lot when I was kid, so that's probably why I ended up seeing it so much.

Jack already named "Red Garters" but he forgot Joanne Gilbert.  I love Joanne Gilbert and wished she'd have released more records.

I also loved the Donald O'Connor and Peggy Ryan musicals at Universal.  You never see these movies anymore, and they were so cute.

I remember reading once that Kim Novak lived in the house built in the movie.  It could have ben publicity though.  For some time she lived on Tortuga Way in Bel-Air (?), so could the house be there?

Thank you all for the good wishes since I am now a God.

AND thanks for all the "Bend" cities.  It was enough to give me the bends!

Another favorite semi-obscure musical is "It's A Great Feeling."  You get Doris Day, Jack Carson, Dennis Morgan and cameos by half the people on the Warners lot.  You even get Maureen Reagan doing a cameo.  How obscure can you get?

DR KERRY I also read that Kim Novak lived in the house built for STRANGERS WHEN WE MEET.....so it must be true if both of us say it.

You know of course who had a small tiny unbilled part in SO THIS IS PARIS?

Yes it was Miss Allison Hayes!

Wow!  It's been decades since I've seen the movie, but where is Ms. Hayes in it?

More obscure musicals:
"Just For You"  - you even get "Zing a Little Zong"

"Follow That Dream"-- a cute Elvis musical before he became so... Elvis

Did "High Time" have enough songs in it to be considered a musical?  Also very cute,  Speaking of cute, you get Fabian in this one.

I'm fond of "Lord Love a Duck," but I never thought of it as a musical.  What a bizarre film.

I much prefer to see him in the clothes he now wears.

Or in no clothes at all.
