THANK YOU for the link! My building has casement windows, not double-hung, so what you're using won't work for me. BUT, while on the site I noticed allergen filters for window AC units. I didn't even know such things existed! I probably should have known, but never had window AC units before. These filters are something I most definitely want to try. The reviews are very good and they're affordable.

I used to keep on top of the allergy products out there, but the pollen didn't bother me much when I returned to LA. I was relatively symptom-free for several years. That doesn't last and I now have to deal with anti-pollen strategies again.

I used to love HOUSE. I never finished the series, though. One day I should return to it.

I like THE ROYAL, a British show that starred DR Elmore's friend, Julian Ovenden, for the first few seasons.

I liked the first couple of seasons of ROYAL PAINS, but then the story became too much about the brother and his fiancee and lost those aspects that initially drew me to it.
