The old helper was constantly complaining about no space to even move in our tiny office, which is about to become a thing of the past anyway. He would complain about this relentlessly. Yesterday, the new helper cleared three full shelves by simply throwing out empty boxes. I mean, the last helper was a disaster, actually - so much passive/aggressive behavior and we're finding he didn't ship out so many The Cardinal orders - at least fifteen so far. That is just outrageous.

This sounds like the old comic strip with the father who complained that he couldn't turn off their kid's complicated stereo sytem which the kid left blaring while away a trip, and the mom goes into then kid's room and just pulls out the electric plug.

FJL, yes the very same one. And now he's complaining that his final check hasn't gotten to him - I mailed it last Friday afternoon and frankly I don't care if it ever gets to him - he's caused so many problems and cost me so much extra postage due to shipping incorrect CDs - and nothing was ever his fault. I was going to fire him two months ago for his attitude issues, but we had a talk and I thought things would change, but they didn't, they got worse but before I could fire him he gave his notice. Well, he "said" he gave his notice but I never got it - like lots of stuff he said he sent to me via e-mail, so that gave him an extra two weeks. I'm really annoyed at him.

What a nightmare that must have been. I think there was one time when he was probably supposed to send two things of mine in one shipment, which didn't happen. And while it wasn't any big whoop to me, it must have driven BK absolutely nuts. Can't even imagine.
