Had two cheeseburgers of my own making for the main meal o' the day. Each patty is 190 calories and the lowest fat available. Each bun in 120 calories. The two cheese slices are seventy each. I used mustard and ketchup so no calories there. Total for the two, which were VERY filling: 760, so not bad at all.

We have a USPS app that shows us photos of mail to be delivered for the day. Before wasting my time with the insurance company I checked to see if we had mail from them. I only saw a plain envelope. Well guess what was in the plain envelope. I do not understand why mail from the pre-approval department is sent in plain envelopes. The return info only shows the address, not the name of the company.

Sooo annoying. I think we trashed my first pre-approval for PT because it had a name we didn't recognize. Now I open all mail & look inside.

Well, I must be off. The Washington Center is having new "Lead Concessionaire" training. Now that I have the MAST certificate (or will, when it's mailed to me), I can be again what used to be called "Head Concessionaire." We'll see what it's all about, Alfie.
