I doubt Mr Groban's ever sung live before; it's probably a manufactured studio voice.

A big diss on Ms Groban.

Did Sean Penn just diss Chris Rock?

Yes, yes, he did.

He does concerts. He was in Sioux City...the arena holds 10,000 max, but I think it was probably at least 6,000-7,000 people. I didn't go

From the postings I see that a Spanish Song won. Is this the first time a foreign language song has won?

"Never on Sunday" was the first one, and it caused GREAT controversy.

DR Elmore if you heard some of Josh's more classical stuff I think you would appreciate him more...I think he has a fantastic singing voice....very deep and masculine...great for opera or some standards.

I actually have never bought any of his CDs, but I hear him now and then on THE MUSIC OF YOUR LIFE radio.

DR Elmore - Josh Groban, live in concert, this Friday at Miami University's Millett Hall.  We're not going.

I am ironing, posting, and watching TV.

Wouldn't it be fun if someone released some of the old Oscar telecasts from the 50s and 60s on DVD!!!

DRMBarnum, I've heard Mr Groban before; I'm neither impressed nor amused.  He's lucky, like Ms Brightman, in his publicity and promotion.

I think Hilary gave a fine performance, but it was the only nominated performance I saw this year.  However, these people who thank their lawyers, and their press reps and everyone they ever met in their entire life should learn from Morgan Freeman - short, sweet, and elegant.  We're goin' to three hours.

I don't know about you, but I am just tickled seeing page 25.

There's only one thing to say about that: SARSAPARILLA!

And we're having our own after-party right here.  Of course, we must discuss all the Oscar partays as well.

At the risk of a full-scale war, I'm with you Elmore. The guy's all right, but not worthy of the hype.

Chris Rock attempts a lame comeback to Sean Penn. Accountants? What?

Although if they need to cast someone for the film of The Jason Gould Story, he might have an edge.
