I heard this lovely song last night in an old movie called Joy of Living....I don't know why I hadn't heard it before....

I thought I would start Page Two with some Jerome Kern and Dorothy Fields.

And those little twins are adorable!

I think this song should be in a Kritzerland show....or has it been?

Thursday morning greetings!  My quiet week continues, with only a haircut scheduled for today.

Tomorrow (Friday), I'm supposed to see an outdoor production of The Tempest.  Hopefully, it won't rain then!

But if it does rain, just consider it part of the show, given the title.

Makes perfect sense! ;D

And this one goes into much more detail about what's causing it:

The wreck of the Titanic is being eaten and may soon vanish.

Sometimes one simply must.  I'll bet I haven't been there in over five years, actually.

I am home from my various peregrinations around midtown and the Upper West Side.  I'm walking very poorly, and I am quite worn out.

Joshie and I had a good day digging through original Broadway parts for a show from the 1970s, theorizing on when changes to the parts occurred and how many played in the orchestra.

Back from a nice lunch at Musso and Frank - had my usual combination Louis with plenty of 1000-Island dressing.  It was very good, but not quite as good as the glory days - they now put capers in it, which I hate, but there was plenty of shrimp, crab, and lobster bits.  I had a couple of pieces of bread with it.  It was pretty crowded.

I picked up some packages, came home, dealt with yet more AT&T stupidity (we'll see if they finally got it right - will know tomorrow) and then continued writing the big project's liner notes.  I'm two films in now, of the five.  But three and four go together and won't be hard, and five I can use what I already wrote, since it's a reissue of something we did.
