Forgot to say I had three slices of pizza earlier - may still have room for a little salad from Gelson's salad bar - just some lettuce and tomatoes and stuff like that - nothing caloric. We shall see.

I let two chicken breasts sit in the marinade in the fridge all day

Tonight I put them in the air fryer and they browned up beautifully and were really flavorful

Browned some thinly sliced onions in a little oil oil then added thinly sliced green squash, sliced mushrooms, sliced red, yellow and orange sweet peppers, halved grape tomatoes

Added a little chicken broth and let it all simmer while the chicken was cooking

I had also purchased a spaghetti squash so while we ate dinner I put the squash in the air fryer and it was done when we were finished eating
