A mind like a steel crap.  The only person I know who could refer to something you did February 4 and then again in December 7, and insist you were doing it all the time.

You could practically see his mustache being twirled with one hand while typing with the other.

When I said why are you excluding Skip for no other reason than his being the 24-year partner of the person you faked a problem with, he and VJ insisted he can't be guilty of gay partner bias because he's gay himself.

And now he's dead.  He also write Lady lady be my baby.  Lady rhymes with baby, no wonder he's dead.

Jrand and TCB in The Sunshine Boys.  That would be an event worth flying anywhere in the US for.

Could it be done by Skype?

Ask BK Day:  At which performances will you be playing Banjo?  Which days of the week have performances?  Tickets are not available yet so I can't tell.  I see that another show at Group Rep only has performances on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

I would like to do THE SUNSHINE BOYS with DR TCB or DR ELMORE or MR BK or any number of other HHW'ers.

We could cast the entire show here.

So that will be my question for ASK BK DAY:

What play would you do with all of us here and who would you cast as whom?

How's that for being put on the spot!

This is another City Center day.  I look forward to it.  Joshie has been hired to adapt the original orchestrations for the national tour of the Lincoln Center production of My Fair Lady, and I'm proofreading his work.  He's doing a wonderful job, and I love this score.

That sounds like fun.

I texted with my friend this morning and was pleased to learn both her children in Simi Valley are ok.  Interesting is the one farthest away is without power & the one close to it has power.  The fire is heading away from the one near it.

I love MY FAIR LADY as well DR ELMORE....I'm not sure about the latest revival - is it still running - but it would be hard to mess it up.

I am sure it has been done though.

Having nothing else I could really do, I’ve caught up on a ton of sleep. And boy, does that feel good. There’s nothing like being FORCED to take it easy, not exert yourself, etc.

Last night I zonked out quite happily in the recliner. I woke up there at five in the a.m. and went to bed for the duration. Now I’ve spent the last few hours back in the recliner. Quite the life, eh?

Soon I have to face taking the packing off my “wound” and taking a shower and redressing it.

I'd propose INHERIT THE WIND and anyone who we figure out during rehearsals can't act will be told they're being assigned the most important part - members of the jury.

I'd be good as an extra in that, except I'd probably be unable to hold back doing a "Steve and Eydie  laughing break-up" every time anyone says "Enter!!!"  I swear the production can be awful, but that always gets me.

The show plays Fridays and Saturdays at eight, and Sundays at 2:00.  As of right now, I'll be doing it the final week of the run, but there are currently issues I have to work out first, having to do with the Kritzerland show also occurring that weekend.

And I am home from City Center.  Josie's work is really good, and I am very proud of him.  We had a surprise visit from Rob Berman, who was there for a meeting about the Encores! season.  He says he believes the recording of The New Yorkers will be released in early December.

DR JRand69, the Lincoln Center production of My Fair Lady closed a couple of months ago, and I believe the rehearsals for the tour began this week.

I am out of the shower and sporting a new bandage. Aren’t you all proud of me? Of course you are.

The cut is about two (count ‘em) inches long and has about a thousand stitches. Well, maybe not quite that many. But Nathan says that’s a good thing. On the face, the more stitches the better, for nicest healing.

Nice rest and surprising you could do that with packing on your face.
