In about 12 minutes we will reach midnight.  Should we turn back our clocks then, so we can get another hour of posts?

...or chickens.  My niece is going to get up an hour earlier to keep her chickens on the same schedule. ::)

Back from a really fun rehearsal - leading man was with us and will be great - he's feeling his way but his instincts are great.  We blocked him into all of act one, then I began on act two and by our finish time I'd blocked all of act two save for the final three pages - so we'll get to act three on Monday night.

That's great, BK.

The strangest thing happened this morning. The sun was out and it was another beautiful day, when I heard a loud rumble. Thunder?? A few minutes later it started to rain. RAIN!! The forecast called for zero percent chance of rain. It only lasted about ten minutes, but as dry as it is here every bit is welcome.

Turning back our clocks is really breaking the law in Washington.  Last March, the Legislature passed the law keeping us on Daylight Savings Time year round.

But we have to wait to get a waiver from Congress before we can put it into play.

I was surprised to find Keith had already changed most of the clocks.  I only had to take care of the one on my end table and my travel clock. .

I always wait until after I've woken up on Sunday to change mine.  I never remember which ones switch automatically.

The new plaque by the Seurat mentions Sunday in the Park with George.

I went there once in college as part of a choir tour.  We had half a day off before we flew out of O'Hare, and a bunch of us went there.  A friend took a picture of me next to the painting, but he never gave me a copy of the photo. :'(

That is, until I got to the ledge. Hundreds of people ahead of me walked out and had their picture taken. What’s the big deal? I am freaked out by glass floors and this one is 1,353 feet above the ground.

:o I've never experienced anything like that.  I don't know how I'd react.  I haven't been up to the remodelled Space Needle, yet.

I enjoyed the dancing in 42nd Street last night - but I have been  listening to the 1981 Broadway recording so long - that some of the songs seemed a bit off.....and adding that song for Dorothy didn't help because I didn't care for that actress AT ALL.

And because EVERYONE played the show in that over the top wink-to-the-audience style - it was a bit less funny to me.

I am glad George liked the Maggie, I thought she missed a LOT of humor in the part and pushed a bit too hard.....or maybe a LOT too hard....

BUT other than that, I liked it.  Signed Mrs. Lincoln

Well, I'll confess that there was one moment early in the show that I thought Maggie was really funny, and that's when I posted my post.

I only saw the last twenty five minutes, but I enjoyed what I saw.

Did you know that it's going to be rebroadcast...if you wanted to see the whole thing?
