I'm up, I'm up - maybe seven hours of sleep and awoke to a message that our Mrs. Stanley had a car accident and will not be at rehearsal this day - she's fine but is going to get checked out.  I have yet to have a single rehearsal where everyone has been with us.  I believe TWO people are out today - our Professor Metz is as well.

Oy!  Welcome to my world.  (See what I did there?)

Some moron posts about the death of Meadowlark Lemon - as always just shares what he sees as if it was new - without even clicking to see the how, when, and why of it.  I called him on it.  What does Mr. Moron do?  Admit it?  No.  Doubles down and says "I didn't know it happened."  Well, had you clicked on the article you would have seen that this happened four YEARS ago in 2015.  And every moron friend of this moron's is acting like it just happened, my favorite of which was the Big Moron who actually posted, "How sad, I just saw him play last week."  And then this guy tells in all CAPS to shut up or I'm gone.  I made a final rather scathing post, told him I didn't need HIM to tell me to be gone, unfriended and blocked.  One less moron.  And remember, these morons friended ME at some point, not the other way around.

It was a very nice house.  Lots of nice vibes.....not a lot of yard - which he doesn't need.

Very well taken care of....and as I said a BARGAIN.  So I am hoping they accept my uncle's offer.  There were two couples there neither of whom seemed particularly interested, although may have just acted that way.....

We shall see.

My sister and I were talking to the real estate agent.  It turns out she lives just two streets away from me.

She graduated from our local high school....probably the same year or the year after my sister Molly....

She asked me when I graduated and I told 1968....and she said her brother did, too.....Steve....who I knew.....and who just happens to be married to our cousin Debbie....

Small towns.....

Hell, I don't even know who Meadowlark Lemon is.

Since my chemotherapy, I have been getting skin tags.

I finally found some Tea Tree Oil in a roll on bottle and have been using it.  It really dries them up.....takes some time - three or four weeks - but it works.

Went to coworker Krista's today. She was throwing a birthday party for her husband. I got to play with their twins, Olive and Eli.

His brother was smoking chicken, sausages and brisket. Excellent food and side dishes.

Then I stopped by Half Price Books, which was having a 50% off sale on a single item. I found a Criterion set of Claude Autant-Lara films from the 1940s that look really good.

I also found the English National Opera's version of Street Scene, a copy of Brahms' First and a Rossini opera called Armida that I know nothing about (but it was 3 CDs for $2).
