So many things.  I like FB for the instant communication - I also like it because when I direct a play I can create a CLOSED group for the cast and staff.....post notes and again talk to everyone AT ONCE.

BUT TOD:

Birthday Fund Raisers.....if you have 300-400 "friends" - sometimes you have at least ONE birthday notice everyday.....usually MORE.....  And there is only SO MUCH MONEY....gang.  Knock it off.

Outdated death and other notices.....

Humble brag....or even worse....trolling for comments that build you up....."no you're not!  You're beautiful!"

Ice had covered the car when I left for work. But the drive for me was OK. It was iced over in other areas, though.

I think one of the greatest gifts I gave myself this year was getting off Facebook. I no longer have a business to promote. I don’t need to catch up with high school acquaintances I didn’t like in high school. I don’t need to keep up with every chef in town.

I do miss the Emile Zola readers group. There were only 24 or so of us.
