DR George 20 holds, wow.  I thought 8 was a lot.

I know, right??

It is shocking.  It is also a great way to keep track of the books you want to read.

I don't like to check out more books than I have time to read within the 21 day time period.

That's why I keep my Kindle e-reader, download everything through a USB cable and don't turn on the Wi-Fi so they never go away. ;)

You know it is rare that I can't read all of my books in time.

Tara's Theme
The Pink Panther
Nicholas and Alexandra

Is that Lara's Theme?  If so it is also one of my favorites.   We asked for it to be played at our wedding.

No. It's "Gone with the Wind."

Thanks.  I didn't realize it had a name.

Monday afternoon greetings!  Late checking in here today because I’ve been addressing an after-effect of last Thursday’s procedure.  Over the weekend I developed a rash that I thought might be an allergic reaction to the dye, but the cardiologist said not and that my primary care doctor should take a look.  Just came from seeing the nurse practitioner at that office, awaiting the text notifying me that my Prednisone is ready to pick up at the pharmacy.  NP Stacy thinks it’s a reaction to the adhesives or to the heavy duty blood thinners I received in the hospital.

DR George thanks for the tip.  Where do I find out if I have other library options in Washington?  At some point I will not be able to renew my Ashland card.

It looks like each library district individually establishes reciprocal agreements with other library districts.  So for instance, I'm able to get a Pierce County Library card, a Seattle Public Library card, and a Puyallup Public Library card, among others.  If you search your home library's name and something like "reciprocal agreements," you might find out which (if any) other libraries your specific library district has agreements with.

Yikes!  Hopefully, it can all be sorted out quickly!!

Thanks. I was practically jumping up and down. I love Lisa Gardner. This ones seems to be almost a continuation of her last book.

I liked the title tune to

True Grit
and a movie called Where's Jack?

Both by Elmer Bernstein with lyrics by Don Black

Vibes the prednisone works quickly!  I hope the rash isn't covering too large of an area.

Hood River County Library District
Kalama Public Library
Kelso Public Library
King County Library System
Longview Public Library
Multnomah County Library
North Olympic Library System
Pierce County Library
Sno-Isle Libraries
Timberland Regional Library
Washington County Cooperative Library Services

Good tires are very important, especially if it rains or snows.

I picked up some packages, then braved Popeye's - a short line, so it wasn't too bad.  I, of course, did NOT order the chicken sandwich, just my two mild breasts to go, because one simply must occasionally have two mild breasts to go.

I have actually been sleeping, or resting my eyes better, and not reading much at night.  Yesterday I didn't read at all during the day.
