DR TCB you have a kind vet to spend 2 hours talking to you.  Are the offices open for pets?  I still follow our old office in Ashland.   They are open for animals, however,  not their people.  Only staff are permitted inside.

I imagine this is extra stressful for you with Nicky's medical issues and age.

Trust me, the vet was not with me for the entire time.  A lot of time was taken running blood work on Nicky.  Also, they took Nicky back to inject fluids (water?) under his skin.  I think there was another time when they cleaned up the vomit on him, or maybe to remove the three different bandages (on three separate paws) from where they tried to get blood.

This afternoon, I decided to go to Subway because I had a coupon where any large sandwich was only $5.99!  So, I take a shower, get dressed, get in my card, drive to Subway, order my sandwich (Subway Melt on Italian Herb and Cheese with pepperjack cheese).  It's at THIS point that I realize that I DON'T HAVE MY WALLET!! :o

NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is a Subway Melt?  And how exactly did you get inside that card?

The Telegraph in England is reporting Harvey Weinstein has the coronavirus. I haven’t seen anything in the American media.

I heard it on the evening news.... from America.

If I didn't have some willpower I would eat everything that's in the house right now, which is why I don't like to have food here.  But I've been pretty good about it.

Thanks for reminding me.  I have an open box of Girl Scout cookies!

A Subway Melt has turkey, ham and bacon (just a bit redundant, though ;) ) and it gets toasted and the cheese is all melty.  As for the card, it was a flashback from my years at Vixmom's School of Typing. ::)

My sister bought some from a co-worker's daughter (actually, her co-worker selling for her daughter) and bought two boxes of every kind!

The other day several members were mentioning Amy’s Kitchens frozen foods.  I refused to try any of their products, because I heard they were good for you.

Nope.  I can actually remember watching it when I was a wee sprig of lad.

The other day at Rite Aid I was picking up a prescription.  I gave her my last name and then my birthday 8-23-50.  She seemed to be having trouble finding it, so I said, “By the way, that is 1950, not 1850.”  She laughed, which I think was exactly what she needed.

I’m listening to Patti LuPone singing “I Dreamed A Day” from the original London cast recording of LE MIZ.  Actually I like her version best, because it was before she started to sing everything in that affected way.

A friend of mine had actually seen that original London production in London when Patti was still in the show.  He didn't know who she was at the time, and didn't learn about "Patti LuPone" until years later, and THEN he made the connection and realized that he had seen her in the show.
