Good news DR ELMORE.  We're expecting a refund for Once Upon A Mattress which fell victim to Covid-19.

Vibes for DR CILLA LIZ to get her car repair work done.  We of course need photographic evidence.

And that's a nice avatar!

I'll be watching LEVI this afternoon, too, when I've gotten some stuff out of the way and can do so comfortably and uninterruptedly.

I saw and listened to the song last night on FB, and as I said there, what a wonderful surprise.

It's a perfect song video, BK. Seriously.

And the glasses look great. I'm jealous because I need a whole eye workup, and it ain't going to happen for a little while. I look forward to improving my vision, and to replacing these frames which have held two sets of lenses and are showing their age, at least to me.

Today I must deal with the serious future of Babes In Toyland. The Institute will be calling at some point, and we will discuss why I am ready to jump ship.  I will go further into that later.

Oh, my!

I would like a royalty check, please.

And a refund. Thank you.

I still have the two keyboard books for Willy Wonka that belong to MTI. I reminded the MD before they closed the schools that I still have them, and he knows. Obviously, a LOT in this aspect of the world is simply on hold for now.

Could someone take a moment to try something for me? Go to Tomie DePaola's FB page and tell me if you can do either of two things:  post on it (are there comment fields open?) or send a friend request to whoever is managing it now (it appears to be a Bob who I think was his partner). Neither of these options is available for me, even though there are people posting there every day.

I wanted to post my own little remembrance with that photo of Tomie and my close personal friend Mother Dolores Hart, who by the way even responded to a note I sent her and asked me to go ahead and do so, and I had to resort to simply posting it on my own page.

I've tried messaging "Tomie" and received no response, then I messaged one of the people posting. Nada. I can't necessarily blame them for that, as FB Messenger sends creepy warnings when someone who isn't a "friend" tries to contact you. I've had to deal with that myself, and usually it's legitimate but you have to actually read their message to know that. It's all very aggravating.

Thanks. I have a few befores from the photos I sent to the insurance co.  I haven't ordered the kit yet. I'm considering waiting until the auto supply stores are open....well they may be now....but I'm going to wait and maybe buy it locally so I can be sure I'm getting the right stuff.

It's a beautiful day in the DC area, if a little too warm for April.  Sunny and in the 70's.

But first....isn't it the case that wearing masks doesn't help the wearer it only helps protect others from the wearer?  That's what they've said from the beginning.  I think people have the idea they will be safe if they wear a mask, when it's my understanding your chances may go up if you aren't putting on and taking off your mask without touching your face or at least washing your hands first.
