While it mostly frees up my brother, who has the daytime shift, she will also cover Saturdays and Sundays which has been my shift along with every night.

She can only do 1- 7:30 but it will mean I have Saturday afternoon home and since my brother takes Sunday nights I’ll have Sunday afternoon until Monday evening ( Minday being a holiday). To actually be in my own house

It used to be that you could only accrue up 240 hours (or prorated to your FTE).
