I have read that Kelly Preston died of breast cancer on Sunday.  She was 57, too young.

Well, I missed the Kritzerland show so I will watch it later this morning.  After I finished up my errands and gave the cats their bedtime treat, I was so far off my usual schedule that it slipped my mind.  I watched the BBC Marple adaptation of "The Mirror Crack'd From Side To Side," which was very good.  It was the first time I really liked Julia McKenzie as Miss Marple, and the cast including Joanna Lumley and Hugh Bonneville was excellent.

Sad news to wake up to this morning that actress Kelly Preston (57) has died from breast cancer.

She was a good actress; a nice lady. She starred in my 1994 film, CHEYENNE WARRIOR.

My condolences to her husband, John Travolta, and her family.

Yesterday, to my dismay, I got the tax bill for the Ohio property, which manages twice a year to infuriate me and make me wish both brothers were burning in hell for their involvement in screwing the situation up.

Yesterday was Manhattan's first day since March to report no deaths from Covid-19.  I credit sensible Democrat leadership.

The TOD is difficult to answer because everything was top-notch and so splendid. Everyone performed beautiful songs beautifully.

But here’s what I can do. I’m giving a laurel and hearty shoutout to BK and to Jason Graae for a couple of exceptional showstoppers. And that’s all I’m saying, so as not to provide actual spoilers for those who will be watching later.

I think Ethel Merman sang a song about having RHATHYMIA, didn't she?

TOD:

Where the Boys Are
The Telephone Song from BELLS.....
Madeleine
The Maladjusted Jester
Children Will Listen
The Brain

But everything was good.....it's hard to pick a favorite.....there is one singer I didn't like - but that doesn't really matter.....that's only one man's opinion and it means nothing to anyone else.

Mercury the planet of communication has turned direct so getting things done in person and on the computer should be easier.....and complications should lessen as time goes by.

DR ELMORE - if you have a deck of cards.....shuffle them and think of the Ohio property.  Make three stacks, and turn over the top card in each stack and let me know what they are.

I will piggyback on JRand’s list and add two other favorites:

Norm Lewis, voice last night seemed like butter
Kerry O’Malley’s Whoever You Are

TOD

Hmmm

Jason's two numbers and BK's number all made me laugh out loud, so those three and Children Will Listen and Tomorrow are the two that keep going through my head this morning
