Jane: I see very few positive outcomes from Trump's presidency--certainly not an individual I'd hold up as an example of American excellence. So, we have different filters ... or realities. However, I posted this because I've never quite understood how staunch evangelicals could reconcile their beliefs with Trump's actions, deeds, words. Thought others would find his religious-based views enlightening.

Cillaliz: The opportunity Zones have put 75 billion dollars in private investment into inner cities, over 50 hostages have been freed from foreign countries, people who have terminal illnesses now have a right to try experimental therapies, we are on track to get a vaccine for COVID years ahead of the normal process, the Black, Hispanic and female unemployment rates were the lowest on record. The stock market has hit many many all time highs.

And some good news, the newly released SACD Hybrid Multi-channel quadraphonic CDs of A Chorus Line and Company arrived today, all the way from Sweden! The company is in England, but these were actually shipped from Sweden.

Of course it is - it was obvious she would stay far away from here, but there is no arguing with his supporters because they believe what they're told and no matter how many facts get in the way, they will never budge. I don't care who anyone is for, but you cannot sit and dispute the lies this man has told, over and over again, you cannot ignore how incoherent he is, and you certainly cannot ignore how he mishandled the virus in the early days - you can't ignore it because it's all on tape. But there she was, defending him on Covid and how great he's handled it - and that's just blinders on, I'm afraid.
