Well, you've read the notes, the notes spoke of Kritzerland at Home 110, and now it is time for you to post until the 110 cows come home.

Gee, guess I have to go revise the notes - today is our 19th anniversary at haineshisway.com!  I believe we are now entering our twentieth year, or is it our nineteenth?  I can never figure it out.  Well, I think it's our nineteenth anniversary if I counted right.

It's the 19th anniversary, and we're going into the 20th year.

A VERY HAPPY 19TH ANNIVERSARY TO THE GREATEST WEBSITE THAT HAS EVER BEEN ON THE INTERWEBS!! :D

Today, it's back to work.  I think most of my co-workers will be happy with the election results.  I only know of one specific person who won't be, but she's not really one to talk politics.  Not many of us are, unless a bunch of us are just agreeing with each other. ;)

I am one of the ones who will watch the Kritzerland show this morning.  I love watching them live, but by the end of the show I'm so wired that it takes me some time to come down, and three cats will not let me sleep later than 6:00. Stella prefers I be up by 5:00.

I am really looking forward to it this morning.

Three years ago today I rode the No. 1 subway to the northern parts of Manhattan to pick up my newly adopted 3-month old baby, and after two months of hell with his health, I seriously debated giving him up.  He clearly adored Annabelle and very clearly disliked me, but a very wise DR advised patience. Thank you, DR Laura.

Happy Anniversary, Thatch! Daddy loves you.

I have much tidying up this morning.  It's predicted to be a warm week, but I will soon need to winterize my bedding.

TOD
I've never liked Disney cartoons much; the one I do like enormously is the Donald Duck "Trick or Treat," with Huey, Dewy, Louie, and Witch Hazel making life hell for Donald.

I loved:
Rocky and Bullwinkle
All Warner Brothers cartoons

Definitely the Warner Bros. cartoons:

Bugs Bunny
Tweety & Sylvester
Daffy Duck

T.O.D. (2)

Tom & Jerry (MGM) were also fun.

I can't recall his name, but when I did volunteer work at the Motion Picture Home, one of the people I used to visit with was the MGM exec who supervised the Tom & Jerry cartoons.

Had a good solid chemically-induced sleep, even if I still woke up too early. But even that was okay. I got what I needed.

Nathan and I worked about four hours yesterday cleaning out the garage which had accumulated a lot of junk. There's more to do in straightening up and preparing the area for winter, which we intend to complete this week. But boy, were we feeling the dust and mold that had been kicked up. Fortunately, with this kind weather, I'll be able to air the place out today while doing a little more on it myself.

But last night was recovery time. One Benadryl for allergies and two extra-strength Tylenol for a pulled back (stupid, stupid, stupid) did the job. The Tylenol, at least, may get repeated later today.
