Well, you've read the notes, the notes were hoarded, and now it is time for you to post until the hoarding cows come home.

And I forgot to mention that I had two chicken legs for dinner last night, nothing more.  Because the breast is yet to come!

Apples and onions are a great side dish. But I can’t see hoarding them.

After a pretty good night's sleep the night before, last night was a mess.  A couple of months ago I decided to purchase two new pillows and dump the old.  Now I want them back.

I have no plans today.  We are in for a rainy weekend, but I do need to walk to the post box and mail a few things.

BK, that Pearls of Cleopatra, one of several Strauis operettas I do not know, looks interesting, but I hate productions that send the cast prancing through the audience.  I think you might like The Chocolate Soldier or Der Tapfere Soldat, Oscar Straus' adaptation of Shaw's comedy Arms and the Man.

Last night I watched Jake Tapper's CNN interview with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.  After four years of stammers, lies, incomplete sentences, grudges, and contradictions, it was a delight to hear intelligence and integrity are returning to the While House.

We also watched John Ford's 1949 She Wore A Yellow Ribbon, which I had never seen. I wanted to see it for Mildred Natwick, but I was blown away by John Wayne's wonderful performance and the great character actors.

Last night, we watched THE CHILDREN ACT with Emma Thompson.

Overall, an excellent film, though I thought it ended rather abruptly.

What will we watch this weekend?

No idea.

The film I'm looking forward to seeing is MANK...just as soon as it becomes available via Redbox.

Feels like a Saturday because we're all here and getting ready to go out and get the tree rather than wait till tomorrow. And now we've got to beat some rain that's on its way, which is also supposed to continue through tomorrow. So you see, you can't win.

Sounds like I had better inform the troops that we're stopping at every grocery store between here and the tree farm and buying up every apple and onion they have. Can't be too careful.

I liked Cleopatra's Pearls......but like DR ELMORE and The Man In The Chair - "Dear God, please keep the actors out of the audience...."

The stage choreography was nice and I liked a lot of the groupings and movements......which I may borrow for the second act opening of JOSEPH.....if we get to do it......

DR TCB I think the program that you were anxious to see has already been broadcast.

Yesterday at 1 p.m. on TCM you could have seen ATTACK OF THE 50 FOOT WOMAN.....however it is available OnDEMAND.

Wonder of wonder miracle of miracles......the dividend arrived today.....and it was more than expected.

I put the teeth money in the checking account and the bulk of it in the savings account......so we shall see what we shall see.  I don't want to have the appointment until after Dec 16 when we have  our Christmas meeting.....so I will go next week to set that up.

My mouth will be happy.

I bought a package of three rolls of PT a couple of weeks ago, so I have plenty.....

I only need TP for guests since I no longer indulge - so I'm still good there....TP wise.
