I've been watching Scrooge this morning, because, well, I never miss an Alec Guinness musical.

Here is the link to the Zoom ACC.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PYdcj-Cy8Q&feature=youtu.be

Tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET.  About 50 minutes.  I give it a 5.5-6 out of 10.....technically it's fair.

Best parts are the Ghost of Marley and the scary ghost at the end....  Scrooge does a nice job.....

It is what it is.....

Thank you.

Re Mr. Giuliani and his passing of gaseous elements - it's nothing at all compared to the hired "witness" who was, apparently, drunk, and batty and who has a criminal record.  Why were they not held in contempt - not that they were in court, but it was some kind of official thing.

Thinking about ordering pasta papa, which I could eat in the car.  Eggs benedict, not so much.

Considering how he's treating Santa Claus (Sydney Greenstret), it's a bit bizarre to be introducing the audio edition of my one-person play, PETER LORRE, during the Christmas season.

Blame ACX, not me.  🙂

Nevertheless, Bill Schafer does a marvelous job as Peter Lorre in the play, which can be downloaded via Amazon, iTunes and audible.com.  The play is also available in paperback and Kindle editions.  Performance rights are available.

Great photo, and he does look like Peter Lorre.

I have a dumb question.

Do choreographers have a way of writing down dances?

DR Laura - yes, there is traditional way with signs and shapes, etc... but most good choreographers will write down what they are doing in a way they can understand or simplify for others to understand as well.  Then, there are choreographers that don't write anything down, and that can be very troublesome at times!!!!

Good Morning!  Here before noon PST!   Putting things away in the apartment, still looking for that pair of pliers so I can put the table together.... not happening.  I am listening to Sandy Bainum's Christmas Album, which I put up there with the greats, as I put things away.    My goal is to get this place in some sort of order by tomorrow.  It's coming together slowly.

Back from pasta papa in the car, which was fine, picking up yesterday's packages today (two, not one), and now relaxing until it's time to leave for the theater.

I knew that I was getting a large Amazon Pantry delivery today, so when I saw online that it had been delivered, I got my walker and headed for the elevator.  At the elevator, I noticed a large Amazon Pantry carton sitting outside my neighbor's door, apartment 3D.  I went over to check it, and it was my carton! I have no idea who brought it up to three or why it was left at the wrong door.

I have seen a lot of interesting systems for dance notation. The one DR elmore3003 mentioned was the original standard, I believe.

Actually, I'm eating an asparagus cream soup with smoked salmon from my new soup cookbook. Quite delicious.
