And then, hopefully, in 2021, we get:

And some noisemakers.

I have noisemakers, too. They're also known as my neighbors.

I found and used a personal grocery shopper. I didn't know there was such a thing. I'd used personal shoppers at department stores, but that's not quite the same. I found it to be very convenient and plan to continue using him.

I hope he will still be available for you.

Someone's setting off fireworks in the distance.

Same here, but not too distanced. :P

Spectrum has raised their prices by five bucks - must call and discuss that with them because there was no warning of it.

I saw that, too.

Isn't there also something about eating something green, for prosperity in the new year?

Yes, I ate a Leprechaun.

It's a very strange Times Square scene on ABC-TV.

I can imagine.

After playing cards at my mom's (the three of us each won a game!), I did a little shopping at Fred Meyer, came home and ate dinner (don't judge me...I made myself a new creation: a home-assembled egg salad burrito ;) ) and now I'm here and need to ketchup on all the posts! ;D

George, you get three points for experimenting. I hope you liked it!

In less than three hours, the entire east coast will have moved into the future.

Please let us know how it is, while the Left Coast still has time to turn around and go back.

The exteriors of the latter were filmed in San Antonio, and it's always fun watching that.

I should watch it again.

There weren't a lot of fireworks tonight. It's been raining and it's overcast completely as we wait for another day of rain. So, I think the damp dampened fiery expectations.

Too bad it isn't raining everywhere else.

For many people the fireworks are a very big deal, after almost a year of having lost so many of the things they enjoy. I don't object to professional fireworks as long as there are no crowds, just streaming. Amateurs are another story.

I was laughing hard at Jeanne giving points for experimenting, because I thought that was her response to Tom for eating the Leprechaun.

I actually did.  I just had a tortilla, some cheddar cheese, and the egg salad made from left-over deviled eggs.  Simple and pretty darned good.
