DR singdaw....I use signed English...which is pretty simple.

ASL (American Sign Language) is a language all its own with its own grammar and syntax....and it includes a lot of facial expressions. This is the preferred sign language in the deaf community now. If you watch any of the interpreters on television, you will see them using it.

It takes a little getting used to because it is indeed like learning a new language.

DR Jane re: your questions yesterday about the woman walking the dog. No she was not wearing a mask. But most people don't when walking as we live in the suburbs. And the streets are quite wide (15 feet). It's just my street is a mess (snow wise) so the best place to walk right now is right down the center on the pavement. So I move whenever I see another person.

I don't particularly love big dogs. But if they are on a leash (which all dogs are here) I wouldn't move to get out of the way because of the dog.

He should be indicted immediately. He should be removed from office immediately. But he won't be. He'll say, "I wasn't inciting, I was just telling them to make their voices heard." It's his M.O. only this time it should not work. The votes must be certified today. And those people who stormed the Capitol steps need to be gassed, arrested, or shot, it's that simple. If the National Guard does their job this will stop, but that means using force.
