Back from picking up not one screener but a whole batch in one package, not a one of which I've seen.

We had pretty snow earlier, but it’s changed to sleet and freezing rain.  They’ve reduced our projected snow depth, but now we’re having an ice storm.  I’d prefer snow.

I trudged all the way to the mailbox before remembering that today is a holiday. It’s all the way up to 27 degrees.

You got your exercise ;)

People were out walking this afternoon.  Since I only had a mile left to walk I stayed inside.  I am sure there are still icy spots out there.

The kitchen is a veritable hub of activity.  I've got the oven, the stovetop, and the pressure cooker going.

Cav/Pag on Wednesday, with Troyanos, Domingo, and Stratas.

Yes to Don Giovanni.

And a 1997 Carmen on Saturday that I may not have seen.

Thank you. A very good week.

Bruce, is When You're Waiting for Love a new song? I seem to recall a similar title from many years ago.

I knew from A CAROL CHRISTMAS that Eric had a good voice, but it's better than I knew. He's quite a good actor, too. Hartley, of course, I knew from A CAROL CHRISTMAS also and knew what she could do.

John G, I posted about SEASIDE HOTEL a few nights ago. I'll probably watch another episode, but I haven't really warmed to it yet.
