The stupid mistake I made with my shopping was that I meant to buy 20 lemons. I have to drink fresh lemon juice (diluted) every day, as per my doctor it will make my system more alkaline to help prevent the formation of bladder and kidney stones. Well, I had meant to buy 20 lemons, but somehow I didn't do it right and they only delivered one.

He also offered the option of potassium citrate powder, constituted. However, I tried it and it didn't agree with me. So, lemons it is.

Singdaw, does it have to be lemons, or do other citrus fruit help, also, or do they not work as well as lemons?

Getting a bottle at Costco or Smart Foodservice (formerly Cash & Carry) could potentially be a good option. Then, you wouldn't have to get rid of all those peels!

I would think fresh. I also have to wonder WHY you would want to drink RealLemon
