And do they have to be fresh lemons (or limes), or can one get the bottle of RealLemon (or RealLime)?

I would think fresh.  I also have to wonder WHY you would want to drink RealLemon 

Isn't it real lemon juice?  Just without all the lemon bits?  I would think that it would otherwise be the same juice.

Oh, I see.  I figure that for the volume of lemon juice that you'd get out of actual lemons, the RealLemon juice might cost less.  One bottle would certainly would take up less space than the number of lemons needed to get the equivalent amount of juice.  Of course, it's only a guess on my part.
