Well, something's wrong with my computer. I have no sound! I've played YouTube videos, some videos saved on my computer, but no sound...not even the sound of the remote that normally comes through the TV.

I don't doubt that this CD might be the same thing, but since it was made in Norway, their laws might be different than US laws and that's why this can be sold.
