I also got some great stuff from the library today, including Coppola’s new edit of Godfather III, Pixar’s Soul, Barb & Star Go to Vista del Mar, Promising Young Woman and Sorcerer, a movie I love.

Had California Chicken Cafe - two breast two wings is the way it's supposed to come but sometimes they surprise you in a good way, and this had the two breasts and FIVE wings. Really good. Also retrieved the package from the mail place.

I didn't have any side effects, unless me getting very tired last night (earlier than usual) was one of them. My arm never hurt, I didn't have any kind of fever, chills or a headache...nothing that I noticed.

I am full o' wings, baby, and there's still one left but I have to have a break before I eat it. The good news is, I don't think I need any other food - and this was completely Keto friendly AND calorie friendly.

I expect getting tired last night was a side effect. Nothing else, not bad at all.
