BK, have you ever had a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of in a bun? That's keto friendly and more places are making that an option. I've gotten that at the local Red Robin quite a few times and it's pretty good...different, but definitely enjoyable.

I did that once at In 'N' Out - wasn't really for me. That said, I am going to try my tuna with just lettuce serving as the bread to see how that feels. But for at least today I have to order in because I'm stuck here.

I had the laundry in the washers by 6:30, so I'm feeling quite pleased with myself.

I had a very restless night. My legs wouldn't settle down to let me sleep, and the painkillers did nothing. I turned off the lights between 9:15 and 9:30 and I was still awake when I took a bathroom break just before midnight. I fell asleep shortly after that, but I kept waking up. Thatch and Annabelle stayed with me all night, with appearances by Stella, who at one point was sleeping at the foot of the bed. She became pesky around 6:30, and I think she was reacting to the noisy garbage men outside the building.
