This particular person was especially special as she was furious that the person who was previously working the file had been out of the office due to illness for 4 days and we were not able to provide an accurate time for her return

I would think that when someone calls you to say the person that’s been handling your file has been out I’ll all week and I’m following up on her behalf your response might be something along the lines of thank you, I hope she’s better soon

I have a friend Krista who is out of work because her mother died. I was in a meeting yesterday in which someone from another department made a snide comment about how long her vacation was. I was gobsmacked. Thankfully, someone who knew said something about letting Krista take the time she needed to handle her situation.

Gee, I was just going to lament the fact that I can’t get any answers about my refi. They sent me these “final” forms to sign, but before I sign, I just want to answer three questions. (1) How much is my new payment, (2) How much are my closings, and (3) when is my first payment due.
