Back from an omelet at Art's and getting the motor car back - part has been put on the trunk and smog check is done so I can now renew registration. I'll know more about this day in a little while, I hope, but it's touch and go right now. I did get the galley and cover proofs and they look fine to me - I forwarded them to Grant and Doug so they can give them the once-over. Then I can approve.

Then I took all the cans of Fancy Feast that my cats refuse to eat down to my neighbor Katy's apartment for her cat Lola.

So cute! ;D

DR George, that Stratford Festival production of King Lear is on DVD. I have it, along with several other Stratford productions.

Does anyone here know anything about this album?  It doesn't appear to be available for purchase, but at least some of it it available on the Tube of You.

I'd never heard of this (not surprising), but it's listed in CastAlbums.org.

Well, we just had some good news. Randy called me. We have an offer on the Ohio property if we are willing to drop the price by $10,000. Should we?

I said, does the pope wear a tall hat?

Halle-freakin'-looya!! :D HOPEFULLY, your brothers will do the right thing and accept the offer!

Budweiser has a canned gin and tonic out. Avoid it like the plague. First sip tasted like the can with a touch of tonic. Second sip tasted more like the can. There was not a third sip.

My neighbor Judy, during Passover, brought me a bag of coconut macaroons. They were stale and tasted like burning rubber smells.

Noooo!!!!  I love coconut macaroons. :'(

Myoshi was a nurse in this one.  No, I don't think there was any filming in Hawaii.....just some establishing shots.  Not even anything at the airport.

The other episode she was in, she played the wife of a new doctor that Donna wanted to teach American ways.....  I remember that one, too.

Also received in the mail today:  the original Barcelona cast recording of Scaramouche from Amazon in Spain.  It did cost me $32.38 USD, but I decided to take a chance so we'll see what it's like.  The booklet has some really cool pictures and what looks like a pretty comprehensive synopsis, but nothing is in English, so I have no idea what any of it is about.

This is the (computer translated) "Product description" from Amazon.es:

The prestigious Catalan company Dagoll Dagom returns with its new great show, "Scaramouche" just premiered this past September 23 [2016] at the Victoria Theater in Barcelona. A great musical comedy of adventure, love and revolution with a libretto and direction by Joan Luis Bozzo. The album that we present contains the 30 new songs composed for the show with lyrics by Joan Lluís Bozzo himself as well as by David Pintó and Joan Vives. The musical direction is by Joan Vives and the music and orchestration as in some of the great musicals of the company such as "Mar i Cel", "Flor de Nit" or "Gaudí, the musical of Barcelona" has been in charge of Albert Guinovart.

The second one is the episode I remember.

I really think I would have remembered if Susan had gone to Hawaii to film the episode.  That would have been memorable.

Maybe you should watch the movie with Stewart Granger?

Will he do the fandango?

Maybe they were vegan and made with a coconut substitute like jackfruit jerky.
