The pie has just gone into the oven. It was a little more fussy than I prefer, and the filling came right to the top of the crust. But it smells wonderful.

the pie was supposed to be ready now, but the center isn't set. I'm using a glass pie pan and know that takes longer than metal to cook, but this was really not set.
