Well, I am about to de-sausage, as apparently you shouldn't wear these things overnight.

Overall, I think they did help, and it felt better sitting all day, if one must. And I must.

According to my insurance company, the freezer foods should be fine for up to 24 hours, as long as the doors weren't open, which they weren't. The fridge is another matter, but I don't think I have to throw much out. Maybe some dairy. Most of it is produce or things like pickles and condiments (and beer and wine).

Do you have a chest freezer or “deep freeze” that can build up frost?

You aren’t saying you’d have to throw out beer and wine, are you?

I am not throwing out beer or wine.

I would think not.

Just watched a Carol Burnett Show episode with Robert Goulet.  I do love listening to that man sing.

A former co-worker who has since retired just loved Robert Goulet.

And on that note (G-for-Goulet-natural), I'm outta here.

Be back later.

I had to turn on the air for the first time in ages. It was seventy-eight in the house.

LOL DR ELMORE - I would indeed love to tackle The Widow, so to speak.

I never thought I would see that statement written by Jack!

I am hoping BB&B has the bamboo sheets instore for me to feel.  I was surprised to see them at their website.

have you tried bamboo sheets? I haven't, but liked the bamboo TP I tried, but not the kleenex. I suspect bamboo works well for some things, but not others. Or it's just personal preference. I'll be interested in your take on bamboo sheets.

Really?  I thought it was a pain in the ass.

This is the London production, not the movie, or any of the 300 revivals with Yul Brynner.

I had a really good friend, and one-time coworker, who looked very much like Robert Goulet.  From the first day I met him, I called him my Uncle Don.  He passed away a few years ag from Alzheimer’s.

The year that The King and I was shown on PBS, they also showed the London production of Kinky Boots, and I just found out that that production of Kinky Boots is going to be released on DVD and Blu-ray next month!

He was only 10 years older than me.  LOL!  I guess that would make him 80.
