Time for me to leave work, but as usual, I'll be back...eventual-LEE! (a 1776 reference). ;)

spunk was available only through tonight. After it was done, I went outside and finished up a yard project I've been working on for the past two months or so. I had trimmed back some overgrown shrubs, and discovered that a couple had died. The ones still alive are beginning to come back, but I was also faced with what to do with all that trimmed stuff. The green barrel gets filled quickly and only gets picked up on Mondays. Well, I filled today's bucket to the brim and it seems to be all but a few small limbs. It fills good to see the end of project like that.

I can now try to figure out what I'm going to do with the new space that I've cleared. I know I have to get rid of some pesky volunteers and invasives. Thankfully, they're all under two feet tall and can probably be taken care of with some light shoveling to get rid of their roots.

But it has left me exhausted. I'm probably going to bed.

I would also like to finish listening to my book, Hood Feminism, but I think I had too much for tonight. I can finish it tomorrow.

I want to make it clear to all of you that there is no truth to the rumors about Mr. Gates and myself.
