Tried another Factor meal - chicken breast with a sun-dried tomato sauce and zucchini strings. Now, they say this is 700 calories and ten grams of net carbs, but I really don't see how. The breast can't be more than four ounces, there's nothing really fattening in the sauce and the zucchini is squat. And where are these fifteen grams of net carbs coming from? Certainly not the zucchini or the breast and the sauce is all Keto friendly stuff - so, I don't believe any of it. Since Keto isn't about calories I think they're trying to make it sound more substantial than it actually is. Anyway, this one wasn't bad in that I could actually eat it.
