I've been seeing them twice a week except when it was my niece's birthday. Then I saw her an extra 2 days.

I guess I've been staying a bit longer. It depends what activities my younger niece has and if anyone feels like talking to me.

DR Jane I can't get my second shot before June 23rd. They are saying that it has to be 8 weeks. And they haven't organized the website for 2nd shots yet (since every just got their appointment). But it seems like most people are going to have the option to go sooner. But for my vaccine it is 8 weeks.

Waiting until June is hard, but until August. Good luck. Even if you aren't hugging yet I am glad you get to see them.

Okay, this is definitely an issue.

A local friend of mine had the same problem. He was telling me he couldn’t find the way to sign up, and asked how I did it. I just knew I had a login and password, but we do this every day of our lives now so I had absolutely no memory of this particular instance. I’m afraid I didn’t follow up on it. I just figured he was somehow missing it that day.

A thought: Could it be an invitation site? Did DR Elmore or someone sign me up there, and that’s how I got on?

Tried another Factor meal - chicken breast with a sun-dried tomato sauce and zucchini strings. Now, they say this is 700 calories and ten grams of net carbs, but I really don't see how. The breast can't be more than four ounces, there's nothing really fattening in the sauce and the zucchini is squat. And where are these fifteen grams of net carbs coming from? Certainly not the zucchini or the breast and the sauce is all Keto friendly stuff - so, I don't believe any of it. Since Keto isn't about calories I think they're trying to make it sound more substantial than it actually is. Anyway, this one wasn't bad in that I could actually eat it.
