The copied discs can't legally circulate, so that's why I can't just copy them and put them back in circulation.

But since they were just hoing to be thrown away anyway, there's no problem with me keeping them. :)

They'll be performing (and the teams will be entering) to an empty stadium...but it was designed to be more sedate under the Covid conditions.

Oh.  It's not a completely empty stadium.  People are there, but not many, at all...I think I heard someone say about 6000 are there.

So far, it's a pretty cool ceremony/performance.

Thanks to all for the vibes for my SIL.

She has had a rough time of it.  She did come home yesterday....when my sister and I were there she was taken out for a swallow test.  At that time and woman came in and started to talk to us about palliative and hospice care....

I finally had to say...."I'm just here for a visit - this is unexpected for me....."  It was very hard

We left when she went to bed for a nap...and my brother went up to visit and bring her home later that afternoon.  I think she is probably going into hospice care this week.

Jack, prayers and condolences to your sister-Ian-law,  and to both families.

My annual performance review went well. I'm going to keep my job.  :)

Great news.

Did you explain all this to your boss?

Umm...the CDs were all just going to be thrown away, so it really doesn't matter. ::)

I think, temperature-wise, we only got up to the lower eighties, but it has been really humid.
